Master the Circle: Softball PitchingProX Workshop

Start Strong. Finish Elite.

Led by NCAA Pitchers | 4 Weeks of Expert Instruction at R3 Athlete Performance for 8-12 year olds.

Is your daughter ready to step into the circle? At R3, we know that the foundation built between the ages of 8 and 12 defines an athlete's future in the game. Whether she is picking up a softball for the first time or is already competing on a travel team, the Softball PitchingProX Workshop provides the elite coaching she needs to dominate.

Using our signature Reps, Recover, Results framework, we ensure every pitcher develops high-level mechanics in a focused, high-energy environment.

Tailored Training for Every Level

We don't believe in "one size fits all" coaching. During the workshop, athletes will be separated into two distinct groups to ensure the instruction matches their current goals:

The "New to the Mound" Group The "Elite Travel" Group
For: Beginners and those new to pitching. For: Experienced travel ball players.
Focus: Learning the windmill motion from scratch. Focus: Refining advanced mechanics for maximum efficiency.
Focus: Building confidence and basic accuracy. Focus: Increasing velocity and "pop" off the rubber.
Focus: Establishing safe, repeatable arm paths. Focus: Mastering accuracy and secondary pitches.

Why the PitchingProX Workshop?

Your daughter will be mentored by NCAA Softball Pitchers. These instructors have navigated the journey from youth softball to the collegiate stage and know exactly how to communicate complex mechanics to young athletes.

  • REPS: Controlled, supervised reps to prevent "bad habits" before they start.

  • RECOVER: Learning how to protect the young athlete’s arm for long-term health.

  • RESULTS: Building a pitcher who is ready to take the ball and lead her team.
