Take your training to the next level with Athlete Metric Testing, a brand-new program designed to give baseball and softball athletes a clear, data-driven snapshot of their current performance.

This elite-level evaluation is perfect for athletes looking to benchmark their progress, prepare for showcases and/or tournaments, or identify areas of growth. Each participant will receive a detailed scouting report highlighting strengths, measurable results, recommendations to elevate their game and milestones to work towards.

R3 Metric Testing Includes:

• Hitting Exit Velocity
• Overhand Throwing Velocity
• 5-10-5 Agility Shuttle Time
• 20-Yard Dash Time
• Pitching Velocity (Pitchers Only)
• Catcher Throwing Velocity
• Fielding Skills Grade & Evaluation

Cost: $50 per athlete
