Starting the first week of November, our 10-week Speed & Agility Program is designed to build the foundation athletes need to compete at the next level. Through fun and challenging drills, athletes will improve:

When: Weekly classes from November through December

Who: Athletes looking to improve quickness, footwork, and agility.Β Ages 8-17.Β Classes will be separated by age.

How it Works: Register week-to-week OR purchase a package for greater savings. Class credits can be redeemed at any session during the program.
