🏃‍♂️ Speed & Agility Program at R3 Athlete Performance

Every athlete needs speed, agility, and quickness to excel in their sport — and that’s exactly what this program delivers.

Starting the first week of October, our 10-week Speed & Agility Program is designed to build the foundation athletes need to compete at the next level. Through fun, challenging, and sport-specific drills, athletes will improve:

  • 🔥 Acceleration & sprint mechanics

  • 🔄 Change of direction & reaction speed

  • 💪 Strength, balance & body control

  • ⚡ Explosiveness and overall athletic performance


📅 Program Details

  • When: Weekly classes from October through the first week of December

  • Who: Athletes of all sports looking to improve quickness, footwork, and agility.  Ages 8-18.  Classes will be separated by age.

  • How it Works: Register week-to-week OR purchase a package for greater savings. Class credits can be redeemed at any session during the program.


Early Registration Pricing (by 9/21)

  • Single Week: $15 (after 9/21 → $20)

  • 4-Week Pack: $55 (after 9/21 → $70)

  • Full 10-Week Program: $120 (after 9/21 → $150)
